I am very disappointed that Nordstrom didn't ship me a new pair of sandals. These had obviously been returned by multiple customers based on the number of return stickers on the damaged box and there was a receipt with another customers name on it inside of the box. These were supposed to be a gift for someone. I ordered online because I didn't have time to go to the store. Now I have to go to the store to return them anyway to find another present. Very disappointed in you Nordstrom.
