This product smells great (like all things Aveda) and it is easy to use. The applicator allows you to place the liquid exactly where you want it so you do not waste any. I use it between washings to cleanse my scalp. I do not use it daily so cannot say if it really has caused any new growth, but it does leave you feeling like your scalp is refreshed.
