USE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. IT REALLY WORKS. A LOT LESS OF MY HAIR FALLS OUT. I HAVE TRIED OTHER BRANDS THAT MAKE THE SAME CLAIM. THEY DON'T WORK FOR ME.
