Perfect Comfort

These are the only boots or shoes I have had that are comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft and the soles are like wearing sneakers. The best comparison is the Walton shoe by AE.

Great boots

After a week of wear they were broken in perfectly. I can walk over 20k steps at work and these are very comfortable. I also get complemented on their looks often. These are a great looking comfortable boot. 5 stars.

Quality boots at a fair price

When first seeing the boots I was disappointed because of the fact that they had a rough textured leather. Then in trying them on and getting used to the look, they're becoming one of my favorite pair of shoes. The quality and versatility of the shoes is first class. The Vibram soles are very comfortable. I am very pleased.

I recently bought a pair of upscale (Allen Edmonds) boots. I believe the boots are a reflection of my personality. Fine leather with hand tooling with a Vibram lug sole. A combination of edgy hip and refinement. I guess I'd like to think that's how I'm perceived. When I received the boots, they were laced with red laces. My emotional reaction to the laces was negative. It said to me "trying too hard". The boots came with an alternate pair of black laces with which I replaced the red ones. My emotions caused me to effect a change on the boots which in turn changed my perception of the boots to "more like me". Then I wore the boots. My left foot is slightly bigger than my right. When I laced the boot normally, the left boot rubbed my forefoot. The tightness and rubbing created a paradox. I liked the shoes but they were now uncomfortable...undesirable emotional feedback. I then customized my usual methodology of lacing on the left boot to accommodate my slightly larger left foot. Here again, my emotions affected the way I behaved. After this accommodation, both boots were comfortable. The boots are now accomplishing their original intent, making me feel better about the way I look.
