Another great shoe, AE. Fit is true to size. May be better with a slightly thicker sock as opposed to dress socks. The golden brown is a little darker than it appears, which was fine for me. They feel more comfortable than any other boot from AE. Dressy enough for my office, too. Great fall/winter boot for work.

First Allen Edmonds boots.

Have a few different Allen Edmonds shoes but these are my first boots. Boots fit perfect out of the box. I enjoy the look and the feel of the boot. Recommend them to anyone who is looking for a rugged boot and still want a nice casual shoe look.

I am Allen Edmonds fan for a long time first pair of boots what I can say is that I’m looking forward for another model of boots to include in my collection!!!

couldn't get a right fit

I wear anything from an 8 1/2 (on previous AE shoes) up to a 10. I tried both an 8 1/2 and a 9 in this boot and it still didn't fit right across the top of my foot. The rest of the boot had plenty of space so going higher would to get the top right would have only made the rest of the feel worse. It's a great looking boot, and i wish it would have worked for me. But it didn't.
