Cool boots from reputable company

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband, who loves Allen Edmonds shoes. I saw these on the Nordies website and thought they looked really cool, and the fact that they were made by a reputable company ensured me they'd be good quality construction. My husband wears these often now, and is still trying to break them in.

I love these boots. They are nice enough for the office and look great with jeans.
I wore them home from the store. I only wore them for a few hours the first day. I was concerned about blisters as they were a bit snug at first. I worried needlessly.
I wore them for 8 hours the second day. Not a hint of discomfort. Now after 3 days I am lacing them up a little tighter since the leather has eased a bit.
The boots come with two sets of laces. I use the brown for the office and red for weekend.
I am ready for Chicago's slippery sidewalks. Old man Winter, bring it on!

These boots are very comfortable and stylish. The vibram soles give a rugged look and they are comfortable. The boots are true to fit unlike most boots. You can't go wrong with Allen Edmonds. Love them.
I bought these in a size 13 for my boyfriend who fluctuates between a size 12 and a size 13. In the end the 13 was too big, however I think the shoes run true to size and he is actually a size 12. We went back to Nordstrom in person and the sales assistant was so helpful giving us similar pairs to try until we were certain we had the right size. Overall the service experience was seamless, from ordering to arrival and then return and we were very impressed. The replacement shoes were delivered to his office.
