Cool boots!

I love these 1460W boots! The cherry color is a deep red. The boot is so comfortable. I know other reviews mentioned a 'break-in' period but for me it was comfortable from the start. I wear a 6 to 6.5 normally. The 6 is like a 6 and a half to me. I will enjoy wearing these for a long time1
Best pair of boots ever. I’m typically a size 9 in sneakers/boots, however sized down to an 8 in these - and they fit perfectly. A little snug at first, and I was definitely concerned, but after just a few hours of breaking in they already feel amazing. Going to last years and years.
Bought 2 different Dr. Martens for my daughters for Christmas: the '1460 W Cherry Red' boot & the '1460 Tartan Plaid' boot. These are fun, colorful & sturdy boots for romping around in colder & even wet weather. Definitely a little stiff right out of the box, but they start to mellow after a few wears. While the lace up design allows for individual adjustment on the ankle shaft, I recommend wearing a higher sock to minimize discomfort & rubbing on the back of the heels. The daughters are size 9 with a slightly wider foot & size 9.5 narrow respectively. Since the boot offers a generous toe box, the size 9US/7UK did the trick for both, even worn with thick socks. This gift was a hit; trendy but practical!
