The formulation with sunscreen is just, well, sunscreen and nothing else. The sunscreen interrupts the full potential of this product (and makes it slightly gritty compared to the one without it). I strongly advise getting the one without the the sun protection. Instead, purchase the exact same Kiehl’s product sans sunscreen and apply a separate sunscreen after. You’ll get better anti-aging results this way.
I am 54y old and have a combination skin. Recently my pores seemed to have become more prominent so I decided to give this cream a try. It is a heavy cream, didn't feel good on my skin and made my face sweat - forget the fact that it did anything for my pores! I have gone back to using Kiehl's ultra facial cream. Was disappointed and am returning the cream.
I had been using another product for years and decided to try something new as the other product just got too expensive. Only been using for a couple of weeks and my only problem is it caused my chin area to break out in red bumps. I assume it was the cream as that was only thing different. I will continue using but avoid chin area and see how that works.
I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now (bought when I turned 30). I absolutely love it. So hydrating and feels great on my skin. Added sunscreen is such a bonus.
