I found this shoe comfortable, however, even with a heavy sock, and ordering my usual size , this shoe was too big . I would say at least 1/2 a size. Sorel shoes do not run consistent in their sizing. This is my third pair, and none of them run true to size that I own.

You will not find a more comfortable, warm, weather proof, stylish boot! These make my legs look super long and are an incredible alternative to the combat boot styles out there. They have a cute wedge which looks good but still allows me to run after the kiddos. Buy with confidence and spend the extra money, it's well worth it.
I LOVE these boots! They are a lovely style and very practical. Not lined so will not be warm at all for those living in colder climates but the fact that they are water proof and so stylish is a huge selling point. My main criticism is the odd size of these SOREL's. Having never owned any footwear of this brand in the past I have no sense of how these compare but I found these boots oddly long. I am normally a size 8 but had to send them back for a 7.5, which I bought form another store as they were no longer available here... and what's with that anyway? These boots seem to be pretty much sold out everywhere. I would even risk going to a size 7 as they still feel a little long on my foot although then I couldn't fit extra socks on for added warmth, so I'll settle. I'd also like to add that "Grill" as a colour is very confusing! Never heard of it and had no idea what to expect. I'd describe it as a deep greyish brown with a broken in/worn texture. I normally only buy black footwear but I will admit I love this colour.
