Shopping in Rockefeller Center the day after the tree lighting. So much fun with all the people and lights but the one item I really wanted to treat my daughter to on that trip was sold out all over town. The people in Nordstrom offered her several other options trying to help her find "her boots" but with no luck, they suggested we try their online site and so we did. Standing there in all the excitement of the holidays in the middle of all their gorgeous decorations we were able to order the exact boots she had been searching for for 2 months. It was crazy crowded and the salespeople had every reason to be grouchy and not interested in helping but they were the "Nordstrom" pros that they always are. They were helpful and eager to resolve our request. Both the people in the store and on line were more than helpful and cheerful. We received her boots in about 4 days---which in itself is a miracle at this time of year and got to enjoy the excitement of opening a wished for gift all over again. The boots were even better than we had expected. Beautifully detailed and so very very comfy. Extremely well made.Thank you Nordstrom for your expertise and professional attention to our requests. We are Nordstrom shoppers for life both in retail stores and on line!!!!
Great boot! Very comfortable. I can walk all day in these boots. I am usually an 8.5. I ordered a size 8, and they fit great! Looking forward to getting the style in more colors.
