This is our second pair. They last forever! However, they run a bit wide and also there is a size tag in the slipper that rubs on the foot so we removed it. Otherwise, great slippers

Poor fit and feel

The slippers were true to size, but fell off my feet when walking with zero support in the back to keep them on. The back part is only1/2 inch or so and not enough material to keep on feet. Also makes for a cold foot. Then there was an uncomfortable piece of material in the back digging in my heel. I now need to pay shipping to return these. Sorel really needs to have return shipping labels so that consumers don't have to pay to return problem products.

Beloved birthday gift

I bought these slippers as gift for my husbands birthday-Perfect! He never wants to take them off. Shipping was spot on, quality is outstanding and size was true.
