Teva Shoe? Well that's what I pondered for weeks before giving in an ordering on line. My experience with Teva has been extremely satisfying in their sandals, though I have not worn a pair in 8 years the exact qualities that I Ioved daily about their sandals but had forgotten( except their quality) was immediately noticeable in these shoes, recall was instant familiar astonishment, thus giving me for the first time the impression that Teva is more than a Brand in Name.
These "Kimatah" Hiking Shoes are Perfection Fit in Size 9d as to be so perfect they are comfortable but endurably snug, yet wont lose your confidence after break in. Slight Box Toe gives relaxed comfort but maintains firm protection to the front 3 toes that are some concern for most people myself included that have an obnoxious Big Toe, Longer neighbor and Further Middle Toe. The Leather is Premium and can take the ugly yet remain unscathed, soft comfortable deep rich feel. The soles are Premium and Quailty giving the sticky hard traction comfort richness much like a Vibram sole. They are lighter than Timberland or Merrill but don't give up the Merrill Build or timberland design which I must say also is Perfectly done., The Rich Dark Earth Leather heavily stitched and little design in Bling Blends into Black Supple Rubber for a subtle low profile Handsome ? Beauty? that is not lost after a day of dirt water brush rocks mud or even weeks. Light is good in these shoes but is another brand or lesser quality designed would be imitational.
Unique foot lining inside shoe is smooth as silk but appears on close inspection to be a stretch material that is stamped waterproof very small but repeatedly. Nice cool feeling going on with easy removability after heavy use relief.
Regarding Snug Perfection If hiking and same for sandals you want as little looseness as possible without sacrificing any comfort no matter how insignificant of a sacrifice after a day hiking or active in sandals the slight insignificance will be paid in discomforting pain exponential as to continued use. Teva hits the marks and for even daily use would be gratifyingly reassurance welcomed and appreciate. Like a pick up basketball game in Italian Loafers or Shoveling the new garden in slipper and Teva Sandals 15 miles bike ride to beach.

Pretty Good Hiking Boot

Just got these a couple of weeks ago. They are very comfortable and seem pretty stable on long hikes with uneven ground. They do seem to run a little warm so they may not breath all that well. Overall very happy with these boots.

Wear as a casual boot. Love the light weight. Not a stiff boot. I've found with Teva I need to order up a half size. Nice quality all around.
