I bought this the first day it came out because I was so excited to see this new kind of product! I use it over my Bare Minerals Volumizing mascara, which is my normal every day mascara. It's a clear gel and goes on quickly and easily over my mascara. It doesn't clump or change anything about my lashes. It's feels a little sticky until it dries, but after that I don't even notice it. Sometimes waterproof mascara feels very heavy and stiff, this doesn't feel like that. I haven't been "caught in the rain" to actually test it's functionality, but it takes much more effort to wash off each night. I would definitely recommend this product! It's what I've been waiting for!

I have bad allergies and (apparently) kind of strange shaped eyes. Even with waterproof mascaras, I've had trouble finding one that didn't leave me looking like a raccoon by the end of the night. I finally found one, but never loved the way it looked on. I really liked the free trial of Bare Minerals mascara, but was sad when it wasn't waterproof. When I saw this for sale, I went ahead and took a chance- what could it hurt? I wasn't expecting much, but this has definitely helped my mascara stay on. When I use this plus the Bare Minerals mascara, it stays all day. I even worked out yesterday and it looked fine afterwards.

I've used this along with Lash Domination & LOVE both products. I have not had any running when I use them together. And I have no problem removing them at the end of the day with my regular cleanser.. So for those of you who are saying you don't like any mascara because it is not waterproof, purchase this. It works.

I love the BM Flawless Definition Volumizing mascara, but it tends to take the curl out of my lashes since it isn't waterproof. I put a coat of Locked and Coated on before my mascara, and it works like a charm. I like having the option to go waterproof on my outer coat, so this is perfect for me.
