I'm very prone to raccoon eyes, as my mascara rubs off under my eyes during the work day. This stops it completely, and doesn't change the look of my mascara.
I love this mascara waterproof topcoat. Keeps my lashes from breaking using ordinary waterproof mascara is too harsh. Bought a couple of tubes for my daughter's wedding to share.

This lash topcoat makes the mascara I have that usually ends up under my eyes during the day lock on and not run. I did not find that it lasted overnight, but it sure does a very good job during daytime wear.
I have this issue with mascara. I have to use waterproof mascara for my curl to hold. This puppy works with non-waterproof mascara. I put a little bit on before applying the mascara and afterward. It really does work and holds my curl all day!
