I ordered these online and went a half size larger as recommended. Shoes arrived and are cute but very small. I usually wear a 9.5 and even with the 10, way too small. I will have to exchange in store if they have the larger size. I would recommend going a full size larger.

Honestly I like my other gray flats better, but I can only wear suede moccasin style so much. The only reason why I rated these a bit lower is because it's tighter than I expected around my toes. The other pair of PUMA I own are sneakers, in 8 ( Glyde Lite Engineered Mesh Women's Sneakers), so I can't tell if it's the sizing or the styling.

You will love this very flattering ballet flat from Puma. They are amazingly comfortable and attractive. I love to slip these on with leggings or even jeans. Please give them a go.
