I am a big AE fan and have owned many pairs of shoes and obviously have bought into the appreciation for a very well-made show. This Ventura is just ok. For the price is really lacks the quality craftsmanship of the typical AE shoe. Just not much to the shoe. And the sole is very thin and wears very poorly.
This shoe has provided me the least value that I have received in a quality AE shoe. BUT.....still an AE fan!

I like the shoes but had to return the first pair for a wider size since the shoes run narrow. Instructions for returning shoes (free of charge) were clear.
