Calyx is ahhhh-mazing! It's simply tragic that Clinique has decided to phase it out and replace it with their new line of "My Happy" scents. I foolishly purchased the "Pear & Jasmine" from the 2018 My Happy line, after I was told it was "just like" Calyx. Don't be fooled. NOTHING is like Calyx!!! Calyx is THE BOMB and when Clinique stops carrying it, I will stop purchasing ANY perfume from Clinique. Until then I'll be stocking up Calyx whenever it's available.
This is my favorite fragrance, and I’ve tried many. It’s light, fresh and refreshing, sweet (not too sweet!), citrusy and delicious. I find it intoxicating, but not at all overwhelming. I’ve received several “you smell so good”, “that’s yummy”, and other similar comments over the years. Calyx is present and lasting, but, again, does not overwhelm. This scent is unique and lovely. May it never disappear!
This Calyx is nothing like the original Prescriptive’s. I believe that spelling is a little different,also. I miss the Top Note “ Green Grapes “ like...SO VERY unique fresh scent. Too bad that they couldn’t get the whole recipe. If they have 0 star...I’ll click it.
