warmest boots I have ever had.

I work in two different offices on a university in the northeast where it is hilly and very cold. I was so tired of my feet freezing this winter and noticed all of the students wearing a version of these boots. I had to return the first pair because they were far too large. I ordered down a size and still have room in the ankle area but love how warm these are. My feet have been warm and toasty in extremely cold temperatures this winter.

Great Snow Boots

When reading the reviews, I was a bit conflicted when choosing a size, for I have wide flat feet and wear a size 8. I ordered a size 8 hoping that the boots ran a little big, and they do. I have plenty of room with thin socks, and they keep my feet unbelievably warm. If I needed to wear an extra pair of socks, I could. Width is perfect and I have no problems keeping the boots laced and sliding them on and off without having to loosen them up.
However, the boots look HUGE on my feet, and are kind of heavy. But with all of the snow storms occurring, my feet can stay completely submerged in a foot of snow for periods of time (like shoveling snow) without getting cold.

Loved, but had to return

The boots looked really great, but were just too big. I ordered my normal size 6 , but even heavy duty winter socks couldn't make up the difference. I wasn't able to tighten the laces much either, but I don't think that would be a problem if the rest of the shoe fit. I was sad to see them go and once I can find a smaller size I'll definitely reorder.
