Comfortable but already falling apart

I have worn these slippers maybe 5 times and they are warm and comfortable but the fur on the inside and around the heel is looking dirty and has “balled” up a little. It is coming apart from the slipper itself. Super disappointed as Sorel usually has good quality shoes/boots.

This is my third pair of these slippers. I buy a new pair every two years only because constant wear packs the fleece flat. Love them!

I love Sorel slippers, but........

The fur in these slippers smells really bad. I put dryer sheets in the slippers and left for over a week, but it did not help. I don't know if I received a bad batch or what. I ordered a pair of men's Sorel brand slippers for my husband and they are great.
