Proswarm, stylish, functional
ConsMedium width
I spent a few weeks trying to decide which pair of Sorels to get. I first ordered the Slimpack Riding Boot in Shale, which is cute, but they were big and sloppy on my (narrow) foot, and they didn't seem as warm. I exchanged those and tried these. Even though the two boots are the same size (6) the Tofino fit my foot a lot better. There is still a little room, but it will work perfectly with some thicker socks.
These boots are warm; they can definitely be worn in inches of snow. I love the style, especially because I can wear them with either black, brown, or tan.
Overall these boots are stylish, classy, and functional. Love them.

Cute boot, no temp rating
PostedMarch 17, 2016
When the boot arrived, I was thrilled with how cute and light weight it was. Unfortunately, I wear a size 9 and even the 9.5 was too small. Because we are going to the Arctic Circle to see the Northern Lights and Finland and then on to Russia, I decided to return it and go with the Joan of Arctic on my return to get the temperature rating for sub zero climates. But for urban commutes and snowy days, this boot was fashionable and looks very functional based on everything I have read. The Obisidian Joan of Arctic seems much warmer, though it is more stiff and heavier for walking. I chose that flavor because it was more subtle (no white line or red splash) or big logo to help blend in in Moscow.
