I have been thinking about getting Frye boots for a while. I am very happy that I finally did. Love the color of these! Feel very sturdy, great quality. Have been wearing them a lot to break them in and have experienced no problems or blisters. Great boots, I would recommend this classic style to all.

The boots had a narrow shaft that made them hard to get on, when I did get them on the size was ok but the heel was wide and sloppy. I sent them back these were very nice looking boots!! As for size I wear 8-81/2. I ordered size 8. These are the 4th or 5th pair I've ordered and I don't understand the fit its either hard to get on and off, a narrow shaft and sloppy fit? A boot shouldn't take this much effort to put it on and take it off. Frye boots are not all American made, maybe because some are made in Mexico that the fit is so random. I must say my combat boots are very comfortable (made in Mexico) but sizing is crazy they are a size 9. I would like to say Nordstrom "online" has a great selection much better then the store in Pleasanton, Ca. Which never has anything to even try on.
