I own these in dark brown and now black too, perfect on me. I have 16" calves so I got both of the shafts stretched on mine at a Western wear store, now they're perfect! I love these and my Old Gringo cowgirl boots too!
Perfect boot for spring, fall and even winter. The mid calf length works well with pants, skirts and dresses. The leather will change over time, due to water, sun and general wear. I would recommend treating with a leather protectant to avoid the worst of this. However, most change improves the boot and gives it a lived in feel. Love my pair, and my sister has had hers for 5 years of constant wear, so they're definitely worth the price.
