Love my boots they are right out of the box comfortable. The fit is true to size and feel so good on my feet No need for socks unless you desire. The price I received was outstanding for the quality and style. I wear them everyday cannot pull them off.

I ordered these boots for my daughter as a Christmas present. The boots were a little tight, so I decided to get her a bigger size. I took them back to a store in Atlanta and the sales person went out of her way to help me find the boots in another size. I have never experienced excellent customer service like this in a retail store, especially the day after Christmas!!! Thanks Nordstrom for your exceptional customer service!!!
