I bought these for my two year old daughter, she loves them. They are very sparkly but not in a way that is too much for a little girl to wear. I would recommend a 1/2 size bigger.

Runs a little small so you will need to get a size larger. They are so cute and very sparkly. Velcro straps are a plus for younger kids!
I bought these for my Kindergartener and was obsessed with them at first. However, they do not hold up well at all and get very dirty, very quickly. I tried washing them, but that did not help. Instead of remaining glittery, they quickly turned to a black mess that showed much wear even though my daughter is generally pretty gentle on her shoes.
Cute snicker. Fabric is on the thinner side and very sparkly. Didn't expect that. Not sure how long sparkles will last, my daughter only tried them on for now. Runs a bit small.
