I bought these in a 9.5 because for most shoes that's my size, however TOMS now runs a bit larger than average. I returned them and got a size 9 back very quickly! The shoes are so comfortable, and so cute! I get compliments on them all the time. They are easy to dress up or down, and I have no trouble walking in them, and I don't usually wear heels. Highly recommend.
Very comfortable, provides enough traction go get from entrance to car in icy conditions. True to size. Maybe order half a size up for thick socks. Brownish grey depending on what you wear. Very versatile. Sometimes shoelaces come untied.
