Perfect for gray days!
PostedDecember 3, 2014
I bought this shoe halfway into my first semester in a school in Colorado. Literally a lifesaver. Waterproof, warm, comfy and adorable! Sounds too good to be true but it's not. They fit big. Get a half size down! Absolutely wonderful overall.

Goodbye Ugg

Prossuper cute, comfy, warm
Love these! I wear a 7 in almost all shoes and ordered this in a 6.5. Felt tight and a little short at first. The toe has some structure to it unlike Ugg classic so I wasn't sure if it was going to stretch to fit. Within a couple of hours the boot stretched / formed to my foot and fit is perfect. I do not wear socks with them. I replaced the insole with an Ugg replacement insole (I like the feel of the sheepskin better on my bare foot).
I also have Sorel Joan of Arctic mid (also LOVE) and I took at 6.5 in that boot as well.
I'm so so happy with the Sorel I will not be buying Ugg boots again. The sole on these Sorels is far superior to the Ugg classic sole and the insoles are removable (a must for me).
I've worn Uggs for years but always the Ultras (size 6) or Brooks (size 7) -- both of which have removable replaceable insoles.
I've also worn Koolaburra (size 6 in the old classic talls), which have replaceable insoles.
Two years ago I ordered Ugg Bailey Button tall (which is like the Ugg classic) for the first time (size 6). I had never ordered a sheepskin boot without a removable insole and I was super unhappy with those boots -- the bomber coating came off within a week; the boots fell apart after two winters; the outsoles are slippery and not really padded; and the insoles were so nasty that I couldn't stand to put my foot in it anyway. Awful.
Now this year Deckers has degraded the sheepskin in Ugg boots -- calling in "Uggpure" -- yet they did not drop the price. Really bad business move IMO. Between this and not offering removable insoles on very many boots Ugg has lost me. Fortunately Sorel is more than meeting my needs!

Great boot

Proswarm, stylish
I normally wear a 6.5 or 7 and I got the 6.5 in the grey color. They fit perfect, even with some thicker socks and skinny jeans tucked in. I love Sorel winter boots because they keep your feet warm even when the weather is below zero. I added these Campus boots to another Sorel pair I have, the Glacy. I didn't think I'd like a boot more than the Glacy but this Campus boot beats that one any day. Much cuter style, same great warmth, nice color choices. You can't go wrong with this!

Beautiful color and extremely well made. Super warm and just waiting to wear them in the rain to check their how waterproof they are.
