I really like these shoes. They are exactly as I expected from viewing the online ad. I usually wear a size 8 shoe, but in Toms I purchased the 7.5. At first they were slightly snug, but soon stretched and molded to my foot. Great looking shoe and I like that this is a different fabric for Toms. Exceeded my expectations. I might add, my size was not available online, so I called the 800 number for customer service and the gentleman found my size and I received them within a few days. As always, Nordstrom's customer service is outstanding.

I've been wearing TOMS for seven years and love them, however, they are inconsistent on their sizing and its really frustrating. I'm thankful for free shipping/returns from Nordstrom though!
