I love these shoes; they are lightweight and comfortable. The wider strap is actually comfortable and helps the shoe stay on the foot without feeling tight. This is the first pair of flip flops that I think I could wear comfortably all day. I may buy another pair to have a different color.

Not enough support for my high arches. Runs narrow and short. Nordstrom return slip said bring back to any DSW. DSW says "no idea why your packing slip says this". They think it's a printing error from the fulfillment center. So, sandals that don't fit and no easy way to return.
