I teach Zumba and another Dance Fitness class and these shoes have been a knee saver! I am in the gym about 6 days a week so having shoes that help my knees and feet are a must! The support is great, you really can't tell you are wearing shoes at all. I love them so much I have 4 pairs already.

I have back problems and problems walking. These sneakers help me walk properly and stabilize me. My back doesn't ache if I need to be on my feet for awhile. The memory foam and soles are perfect for someone like me with similar issues. And with being light weight still are supportive.

I love these shoes, but with the Gel inside it makes the shoe feel tight, skechers should have allowed for this. I wonder if anyone else had this problem. I wear the thinnest socks I can find, to give comfort.
