Bought this for my son who is captain of his high school cross country team and runs 300+ miles during the summer months to get ready for the season. We go through a lot of sneakers this way and Asics are the way to go for runners.
The Kayano running shoe was exactly what I expected. Comfortable, light and durable for long distance runs on a solid surface. I would highly recommend this shoe for runners who put in a significant number of miles each week.
