I bought these for my husband because when he runs, he sometimes has foot problems. These are the only shoes that don't hurt his feet. They are comfortable, supportive, well cushioned, and just overall fantastic. I also wear the women's version and bought him 2 pairs, one in each color!
I've bought the Kayano for my brother in law for many years. This is probably the 10th pair I've bought him. It's my Christmas gift each year.
He is an avid runner who runs marathons and the normal 5K types throughout the year. He is 6;2" and weighs about 180 pounds and believes the Kayano is the best shoe out there for him as a runner.
For me, I think they look good. Asics does a good job in making the Kayano always look classic and timeless. I bought him the black/white/gold in size 13. That is his true shoe size and it always fits him.
Kayano's are not cheap, but for a person who needs good support and a quality shoe, this is a great buy.

Light and comfortable. This shoe feels good and looks great. I'm looking forward to putting a lot of miles on them. Highly recommended.
