Decent fit and lasting quality - lasting issue?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoes that look to last a long time. Very comfortable with a short (2-3 wears) break-in.
Only quibble is that some of the panels were stretched in what I assume was the stitching or lasting process. As a result, some of the larger punch holes in the broguing pattern on the heel cap are misshapen and oblong. Not a deal breaker, but seems to be a symptom of making too much product too quickly.

Good on looks, weaker on durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes look good and the ability to choose various widths is a plus. On the minus side, the soles wore out in less than two months. And the process to send them out to have them resoled is a drag -- and costly.
Great fit, good looks, but too expensive.

My first pair of McAllisters were so comfortable I have bought two other pairs in other colors. The 65 Last is a perfect fit for me and in my opinion runs very true to size. No break in time is needed for these-they fit great right out of the box.

Really great shoes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these shoes for about 2 years. This is my 5 pair of Allen Edmonds shoes and they are great. The fit is really nice. They have held up beautifully so far. Every time I wear them someone compliments me.
