Great shoe and awesome customer service opportunity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in my mid-20s and this is my first Allen Edmonds purchase. I'm thrilled with the quality, style, and fit of the shoes. In the process of ordering, I needed to process two exchanges due to size and inventory problems, and the customer service representatives were extremely helpful at every stage. This was a great first AE purchase and I can't wait to get my second pair!
