These were my first pair of Allen Edmund shoes. I purchased the Red Neumock. They look outstanding and go great with jeans or with khakis. They have a sturdy sole and thick leather uppers. They slightly stiff and take some breaking in, but otherwise they are excellent.
Nobody beats Allen Edmonds for quality and timeless, classic style. The Neumoks are unlined, so they feel different even from shoes on the same last (Strand and McTavish). Softer and easier to break in. The laces are cool but pretty bold. However, they come with standard brown laces too (in case you chicken out). They run large so go a half size down.
Just bought this shoe. Looks really good! I own one in vintage brown and have it in size D. Bought this one in E and it is much more comfortable on the toe area. Very good quality shoe.
