I bought this shoe in Platinum and the color/material is exactly what I'm looking for. The material is a metallic fabric that is sparkly without leaving a trace of glitter elsewhere. The Platinum color is achieved through a delicate weaving of both silver and gold metallic thread, making them a great versatile color.
The shoe is not, however, made as it is pictured. In the picture, the heel of the Platinum color is covered in the same material as the rest of the shoe. The heel in the shoe I received is a solid gold metal, just like the heel of the shoe in Silver.
The shoe is still very attractive, just not what I expected, which is somewhat disappointing.

Proscasual elegance
I found the shoes to be beautiful and a true fit. A previous review suggested that they weren't so I order 3 different sizes and ended up keeping my true size and returned the others.

These shoes are quite different in person. They change color in certain lighting and they "sparkle". These shoes are beautiful if you like a shoe that will make people look twice!
