I had this exact same pair of ECCO's (and wore them every-other-day for about six years). I was hesitant to buy a new pair because my old Ecco's were broken in perfectly and practically molded to my exact foot size.
I live in a city and frequently walk several miles in these shoes (with no problems). They are awesome.
After six years, I caved in an bought a new pair. My new pair is pretty much the exact same as the old pair (the only difference being that Ecco changed the color of the stitching from a light brown / tan to a darker brown).
I ordered these shoes for my husband. He said they were very comfortable. They are classy looking shoes and good quality.

Cognac Brown is darker than appears in photo. I knew it wasn't a flashy shoe, but it looks even more plain and homely than I thought. See above comments for sizing. I am usually an 8 and ordered 7-7.5/EU 41, which is about right - maybe even still a little roomy.
I'm in sales and on my feet at least 4 to 6 hours per day. I prefer a slightly more stylish shoe, but they always end up killing my feet. I bought these reluctantly as I had never owned a pair of Ecco shoes. However, given Nordstrom's generous return policy, I purchased them and couldn't be happier! They are extremely well constructed. I've had them for approximately 6 months wearing at least 5 days per week and the soles hardly show any wear. The other plus is you're feet dont get wet as with leather sole shoes when worn in the rain. Will definitely buy again!
