Nordstrom Ecco mismatched shoes
Although very comfortable and perfect fit, the shoes are clearly mismatched - same model, but coming from 2 different boxes. The color is different and inside markings are very different.
How can I exchange them for a matching pair of shoes, same model?

(Reviewed by my husband) I bought my first pair of these moccasin-style shoes more than 5 years ago. My only complaint was that I couldn't really tell if I was wearing shoes or a comfortable pair of well-broken in bedroom slippers! The leather finish on my latest purchase is actually not as soft as the previous pair of shoes, but still appears to be supple and comfortable. If I am still wearing these five years from now, I'll come back and give them another star!
