these capris run true to size, they are extremely comfy. You can wear for work out or running around. I do both. They dont' bind in the waist or around the legs. Love them bought two pair - one black and one orange. Both super cute with flowy tops.
These are perfec! I own about 9 pairs of Zella leggings and they are by far my favorite workout leggings. I'm an avid runner, hiker, and I go to the gym about 6 days a week. I love everything about these, the color is perfect and I get so many compliments on them. A must have that's for sure :)
