These are my first Gizehs! I am usually a size 7 but I got these in 36. Perfect fit! At first the toe/thong part hurt but after 2 wears it's great. I think you have to break it in a little. I wore these all day at Disney with no problems. It's so comfy!!

This is my first pair of birkenstocks.....despite many years in Ithaca, NY (a Birkenstock haven); I never cared for the style. I broke down this year because I was looking for something that provided more support than a flip-flop, but was still appropriate to quickly slip on for trips to the playground, museum, etc. These are super-comfortable, and I chose the pink pearl because I felt it added a tiny bit of style to an otherwise utilitarian piece of footwear. Originally, I thought I'd only wear them occasionally, but I find they are the shoes I tend to go out in the most! The only down side is that, as the cork gets worn in (which you want to have happen), it kinda gets little marks that look like dirt (but aren't). Still, I would definitely recommend them.

Prosversatile, cute, comfortable
I Love the Gizeh style Birkenstock. It's a casual shoe that can also be worn with something a little nicer. I especially love the pearly color. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it had a white sole which I am afraid will get dirty and then may make the shoes look not as nice. My other pair have been well loved, and it's time for a new pair, so I am keeping them anyway and taking my chances. Also if you have never bought Birkenstocks before and want to give it a try make sure you are fitted correctly in them. For instance I am usually a 8.5-9 and in these I wear a 37. Which usually equates to a U.S. size 7. Having them if correctly will make all the difference.

Prosvery comfortable
Have been wanting a pair of birenstock for a long time and finally gave in. Very stylish and comfortable. I purchased the pearly rose and I love the color ! I normally wear a sz 7 and purchased 7-7.5 (38). They fit perfectly. Not disappointed at all. Would highly recommend them.
