I bought the gray Mia Clarisonic during the Nordstrom sale. It works just as expected, and comes with a travel-size sample of face wash. I remove my makeup by hand before using it so as not to dirty-up the brush more than needed (its recommended that they are replaced every 3 months after normal use). My face feels smooth and really clean afterwards. Unless you wear a ton of makeup, I wouldn't necessarily say this product is an absolute must-have, but it is nice and I would recommend it if you're looking to make a skin care investment.
I was hesitant to buy because of the price and mixed reviews. It was well worth the price, it does make your face feel cleaner than usual. The brush was easy to use, pretty straightforward. Using the sensitive brush and trial size cleanser that came with it. So far so good with no adverse reactions to my skin. Hoping it will help clear up my skin some more.
I bought this as a replacement for my wife's that died after about 5 years of use. She absolutely loves it and uses it everyday. Would also make a great gift idea. A bit pricey in my book but well worth it. You'd never know she cried herself to sleep the night before.
Bought this during anniversary sale because the reviews were so great! The cleanser does a nice job, however I didn't see the drastic results that other reviewers did.
