I bought this and nike free 5.0. Maybe I like lighter shoes but this were really hard and I couldn't even run 4 miles. Mine you I broke them in at the gym for 2 weeks.

I love the Gel Kayano running shoe. I have been running in them since the 1980's. I try to replace my shoes every 6 months. They are not the most inexpensive shoe, but they are the best I have worn. They support my foot and have a cushion feel, that protects my foot. I highly recommend the shoe.

So comfortable

Proscomfy!
I walk about 3 miles 5-6 days a week. This is my second pair of this shoe, comfortable from the minute I put them on, no breaking them in.
