Has great stability and helped prevent injuries I was having. Held up over 400 miles on road and treadmill so far. Fit was great after a bit of stretching.
I have not had my new GEL-Kayanos long, but I can already tell they will be my all-time favorites! I purchased the black ones, and they are stunning for running/ casual work shoes, Prior to trying these, I suffered with a sore spot toward the front, bottom of my right foot for over a year (even after podiatrist recommendations.) The combination of the wider width (10W), solid, firm base, quality cushioning, proper support and overall comfort made them my feet's new best friend!
These shoes feel like you're running on air! They are a little heavier than other running shoes, but once they are broken in they are so comfortable! I absolutely love them!

I swear by these shoes for running and other cardio. They are great for my low arches and tendency to pronate. Have been wearing Gel Kayanos for years!
