I have been using this for about 1 week now. No fall out. Very blendable. I use my finger for application and just lightly blend the color out. It lasts all day (I use a base). The earth color is a neutral color that anyone can pull off.
I have other cream shadows so was looking forward to trying this brand. I like most all of the Clarins product line. However, for me, this turns 'powder' too much and not retain enough of the cream texture. It settles in where I don't want settling, and does not last as long as cream. Pretty colors and wish there were more in a MATTE finish.
I bought this in the taupe color, and as other reviewers have said it is not a true matte color. There is some simmer in it and it makes the taupe color look silvery.
My problem with this eye shadow is it won't stay on, and it creases terribly. After a few hours the color is so streaky (especially in the eyelid crease), then it just sort of wears off. I tried it without primer and with the Clarins eye primer (which I love) and either way I can't get it to stay on evenly. Also, it really doesn't convert to a powder shadow, it goes on and remains a cream shadow.
I love Clarins products. I have many of their powder eye shadow palettes and they are my favorites but this shadow didn't work for me. Luckily I was able to exchange this for different Clarins product (just one more reason why I love shopping at Nordstrom).
