Nothing is cuter in the summer than a fresh pair of white Keds, cut-off jean shorts (and tan legs help, too). Keds seem to go in and out of style. Nordstrom has a full display of them in their stores now, so they must be back in. They're always in style for me. I also have classic red and classic navy.
There has been a style change that the pictures here don't show. The pictures here are the older style. The newer style has a much bigger and bolder KEDS label on the back of the heel, which I think is really cute. They have also added a BIG blue Keds label on the top of the tongue, which I think is annoyingly ugly and not necessary. (There is also a small label label sewn along the side edge of the ankle. That has been around for a couple of years, but it didn't used to be there.) Too many labels...but still adorable nonetheless.
Sizing: For me they fit 1/2 size too large, so I purchased a half-size smaller than my normal shoe size and they fit great.

Prosclassic, fun
I purchased a half size smaller based on the reviews and then had to reorder them in my usual size. Oddly, my usual size seems borderline too big but the size smaller didn't work. The only disappointing thing about these shoes was that they shipped directly from Keds and took forever to receive.

Cute, but flimsy

I purchased these as my shoes to wear at work because I have to walk across a dirt lot to get to my office, and didn't want to destroy my nice flats. These arrived, and they are super cute and since I really don't walk much once I arrive to work I figured they would work out great. After only a few weeks both toes have wore out the shoe and I have holes on the top! I have never had this happen with any other shoe. I have to give them a 1 star just because of the weak / flimsy fabric.
In this case you really do get what you pay for.
