I never own these before until a about last year but they are very comfortable. I own a few pairs, I've worn their midform to disneyland its very comfortable. For me I wear a 6.5 but i got a 6. My feet are a little wide but you cant really notice it. Its up to you, if you want to take the chance and get a whole size or upping it a size. I opt to stay within my normal whole size. My toes fit within the sandals. ⁹
