I purchased this to use while working out at the gym. They are ligher than my distance running shoes. I've used them on the treadmill and they work great. I'll probably try them outside when the weather gets warmer.
This is a great light weight shoe that breaths very well. For casual wearing, they are perfect without socks. However, I have to disagree with what Nike says about use without socks. I ran 4 miles for my first wear with these, and didn't wear socks. About 2 miles in I felt a blister developing on both feet right on the outer most part of the arch. I have wider feet, so maybe that was causing the rubbing? But when I ran a half marathon a few weeks later WITH socks, I had zero issue. Overall great shoe.
Great shoe, my nephew has selected this shoe repeatedly. He is growing rapidly, it's terrific to be able to order online and receive the shoe so quickly.
