Bra measurements were all wrong

I measured myself and according to your size chart it said a 36C. All 3 bras were ordered in 36C and none of them fit. I wear a 36D or DD. Extremely disappointed. Iit took a week to return them and over 10 days for my refund.

Unhappy buying bra on website

Following Walcoal’s measurement guidelines for the size and it was too small, the price of for the bra is being returned, but it cost me the postage and sales tax. Don’t understand since I didn’t keep the bra why I’m not getting sales tax returned. I like Walcoal but won’t make the mistake of ordering it online.

After hand washing this bra, I wore it all day yesterday. It was the only thing I could think about because the discomfort was so distracting. The band was itchy and tight and even left a red mark. I am not sure if I will wear this again. It was an expensive mistake and not a favorite.
