The quality was good, but they are not true to size and we're way too big. I had to send them back.

Runs true to size but narrow at front and wide at the back.

The last of these shoes is quite narrow; the medium with is equivalent to a “C” , not a “D” but the back or heel is wider , this causes some slipping off as you walk. It is undeniably a very nice looking shoe , but not as confortable as my other Cole Haan shoes!
