They feel so good and provide just the right amount of support. I have been buying kayanos for last five years and love them. They last a long time too.

Favorite Athletic Shoe

Proslightweight, comfortable, true-to-size
I wear these for jogging and also going to the gym. I was afraid these shoes would be too flashy, but they're actually more understated in person than in the pictures online. They don't look like a pair of "exercise" shoes like some of the other color combinations out there. I feel comfortable wearing these with street clothes and would take them as good walking shoes while traveling.
The uppers on Gel-Kayano are soft and flexible, and the material helps your feet breathe. I live where the weather is mild so I can get by with a thinner sock and my feet stay warm enough. In a colder climate I would need a thicker sock so that my toes don't freeze.
I wear 10.5 in most shoes, and the 10.5 Gel-Kayano was a perfect fit. I have narrow feet, but I prefer to wear the medium width and pull the laces tighter to hug my feet better. This feels comfortable with my high arches.
I'm a long-time Gel-Kayano owner and these shoes continue to support my feet and fit well.

My son loves these as do I. We both run in them. It's great that they come in widths. Size up by half from your normal shoe size.

I bought them for my husband for Christmas. He loves this brand and I loved the color combo. I need to return them for a half size smaller.
