Although I love ugg boots in general and have bought a few pairs, but this pair of boots is VERY disappointing because the boots change shape easily /quickly (probably due to the wrong design of button location ). I wore them once and the upper corner areas near the button cured down--which looks bad. I did not return these boots because they are already dirty after wearing once, but I WOULD NOT buy these bailey button again.

They are lovely boots and very confortable. The only thing is the difficulcy to clean from certain staff.

They were a gift. There was a problem with the first delivery being lost and your representative made sure that they got replaced. When opened on Christmas day they were too small so I returned them and got a larger size. The exchange process went very smoothly.
